Deposit, Payment, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policies

**DEPOSIT POLICY**

• Weddings and Events: There is a $250.00 deposit required to book a session. This deposit is REFUNDABLE if you notify Martown Love Photography TWO WEEKS in advance before the day of your event to cancel or reschedule, after that therefore the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. An invoice will be sent and payment of deposit by credit card can be made through PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.

• Portraits: A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book a photo session and reserve your date. An invoice will be sent and payment of deposit by credit card can be made through PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.

**Payment policy**

• The remaining balance will be due before the day of the event or photo session. An invoice will be sent and payment by credit card can be made through PayPal, Venmo or Zelle prior to the event or photo session.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

• Weddings & events you have to notify Martown Love Photography 2-weeks in advance prior to the day of the event to cancel, otherwise the deposit paid for that session will be forfeit.
• Canceling a portrait session will forfeit the deposit paid for that session.

**RESCHEDULING POLICY**

• We get it, life and family happens and sometimes we just need to postpone or reschedule. Family is important, that is why here at Martown Love Photography, there are NO ADDITIONAL charges associated to reschedule.
